Which Diet is Best? Yale’s Researchers Tell All

These days, it’s difficult to determine which diet is best and which diet will do the most for you. To help answer some questions about the most popular diets, Dr. Katz from Yale University’s Prevention Research Center compared the low carb, low fat, low glycemic, Mediterranean, mixed/balanced (DASH), Paleolithic, and vegan/vegetarian diets in order to name a winner. His findings can only be described as fair.
