Whether you are an essential provider or establishing new work routines at home, everyone is affected by the uncertainty we face. As we strive to cope with these unparalleled times, it is common to have fluctuating experiences—shifting between optimism and helplessness even within the same day. Since this is not a linear process for anyone, it is easy to lose track of our internal compass.
During this webinar, we will take a wellness break to practice a series of brief mindfulness exercises that strengthen awareness, focus attention, and support balance in our daily routine. Together, we will create a space to set our intention and build momentum toward personal wellness.
