Difficulties Logging In?

Register.
If you have attended a training with us and would like access to the online training materials, you’ll need to register on the website. Upon registration, an administrator will verify your completion of our training. This can take up to 5 business days. Once verified, you will receive an email from us granting access to the materials with instructions for how to login.

Login.
To login to the website, go here or you can click the “Login” tab on the homepage.

Change Password.
If you’re receiving this message, “ERROR: The password you entered for the username XXX@XXX.com is incorrect” or you would like to reset your password, follow the link “Lost your password” on the BHWP Login page. You will receive an email with a link to change your password. This will also be helpful if you aren’t sure which email address you used to register with as it will inform you if the website does not recognize your username.

Don’t Remember Your Username.
Your username will always be the email address you used to register initially. If you don’t remember what email address you used, feel free to contact us to look it up for you. Try not to register again with a new email address.

Login Tab on Homepage Won’t Open.
This may be happening because the website thinks you’re still logged in. Try closing your web browser entirely. If this doesn’t work, try clearing your Internet Cache or Browsing History. If all else fails, a computer restart should solve the problem!

Upon Logging in and Clicking on the Course Materials, It Asks You to Register Again.
If you receive this message, “You are reaching this page because we have updated our site, and now previous trainees who need access to our materials need to be registered on our site. It’s a simple process – please click on the link below to register for our site,” it means you do not have access to these materials (either because you haven’t been granted access by a BHWP administrator yet OR because our records indicate you did not attend this training). Go back to your confirmation email from BHWP to ensure you are clicking on the link(s) that match the training(s) BHWP has indicated you attended.
