Health Organization Calls for Ban on Indoor Use of E-cigs

In a recent report, the World Health Organization called for a ban on the indoor use of e-cigarettes in workplaces, restaurants and other public spaces, saying, “the vapors pose a serious health threat to adolescents and fetuses and increase exposure of nonsmokers and bystanders to nicotine and a number of toxicants.” The report also called for a ban on the advertising of e-cigarettes due to the risk to children and teenagers being enticed to start using them.
