Eating Healthy and Exercising Regularly Prove to be the Best Defense Against Cancer

The American Cancer Society is urging people to be careful of the “three-legged stool,” a term that associates cancer risk with excess weight, poor diet, and inadequate physical activity. Apparently those three factors are linked to between a quarter and a third of cancer cases. If tobacco use continues to decline, that trio could replace smoking as the leading preventable cause of cancer.
