Auraria Campus in Denver Bans Use of E-Cigarettes

The Auraria campus in Denver, Colorado – home to the University of Colorado Denver, Community College of Denver, and Metropolitan State University of Denver – updated its campus-wide ban of tobacco products to include e-cigarettes and other “vaping” devices.

The smoking ban prohibits smoking or “vaping” in all buildings and within 25 feet of buildings on campus. The policy also reaffirmed that the display, consumption, or use of marijuana in any indoor or outdoor area on campus is illegal and prohibited.
